Alert) America Information Systems, Telecommunication Systems Division and Oaisys have entered into a distribution agreement that will enable Toshiba to distribute Oaisys' Talkument voice documentation appliance product through the Authorized Toshiba Dealer network.
Talkument is a voice documentation appliance that helps companies seamlessly capture and store telephone interactions. Leveraging Talkument, users can store, organize, comment upon and share voice documents, facilitating faster retrieval of necessary information and collaboration.
When integrated with Toshiba's Strata CIX VoIP

business communication systems, Talkument offers a comprehensive solution for managing, using and storing voice documents.
"Oaisys and Toshiba have a long history of successful collaboration,” said Brian Metherell, vice president and general manager of Toshiba's Telecommunication Systems Division in a statement to the press. “Oaisys' Talkument Voice Documentation product provides Toshiba customers the ability to seamlessly integrate this new application with Toshiba IP

telephony systems."
With the agreement, Authorized Toshiba Dealers will be able to offer Oaisys's new Talkument Voice Documentation product as part of Toshiba's suite of IP and digital communications products.
"After more than 10 years of teaming with Toshiba's Telecommunication Systems Division, we are pleased to enter this new agreement with our Talkument Voice Documentation product," said Jack Wikselaar, president
of Oaisys. "Oaisys Talkument does for phone calls what e-mail did for letters and memos, with the same benefits of productivity and accuracy."
