Oracle (News - Alert) has released the Siebel CRM On Demand Integration Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite, delivering pre-built integration between its subscription CRM application and the back office suite.

The Siebel CRM On-Demand Integration Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite is a part of the latest version of Siebel CRM On Demand. The solution enables customers to dramatically speed the implementation of end-to-end business processes and derive more value from their existing Oracle software.

The Siebel CRM On Demand Integration Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite is also a key component of the Oracle Application Integration Architecture. Using a common object model and an open, Business Process Execution Language based platform, Oracle delivers pre-built integration across Oracle ERP, CRM and industry applications through this architecture.

Customers and partners can use these comprehensive integration capabilities to easily and quickly establish deep integration between Siebel CRM On- Demand with other applications and systems.

“The Siebel CRM On Demand Integration Pack provides us with the pre- built integration components that will enable us to leverage the power of our Oracle E-Business Suite implementation with the intuitive, customer-facing capabilities of Siebel CRM On Demand to quickly provide end-to-end processes and boost productivity,” said Barbara Carlini, corporate vice president and leader of the IT organization for Motorola’s (News - Alert) Mobile Devices business in a press release.

“We are interested in developing a 360-degree view of our customers, optimizing our opportunity-to- quote-to-order process, and further leveraging the efficiencies of our investments,” she added.

The end user experience is streamlined thanks to the pre-built Siebel CRM On Demand Integration Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite that comes with both bi-directional data synchronization and UI-level business process integration across the two applications.

The solution leverages Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, enabling customers to either use the integration solution out-of-the-box or easily extend it to meet their unique requirements.

Anthony Lye, Oracle senior vice president, CRM On Demand believes this is a huge step forward for Oracle’s vast applications installed base.

“The Siebel CRM On Demand Integration Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite now makes it possible for organizations to deploy complex customer-facing business processes that span the front and back office, combining the power of Oracle E-Business Suite with the intuitive easy-to-use interface of Siebel CRM On Demand,” said Lye in a statement.
