VirnetX Signs Strategic Agreement with ipCapital

VirnetX will utilize ipCapital Group's experience in IP management to expedite the licensing of its extensive patent portfolio.

ipCapital Group has agreed to support VirnetX in strategic planning, development, assessment and implementation of VirnetX's IP licensing program. ipCapital Group will also find licensing partners that can leverage VirnetX's unique virtual private network
By partnering with ipCapital VirnetX hopes to gain early licenses and seize the ensuing business opportunities. VirnetX plans to make licensing integral to its operations. VirnetX is investing a great deal in R&D and its results would soon be seen in the form new innovations and thus new patents in its already broad portfolio.
