Aditya Birla Minacs, a provider of business process outsourcing services, has selected Verizon (News - Alert) Business to upgrade its global communications network. This upgrade will enable the company to enhance management capabilities and increase efficiency of operation cost.

 

Aditya Birla Minacs has installed a fully managed Verizon Private IP solution to link its India headquarters with other countries like Canada, Hungary, the Philippines the U.K. and the U.S. in a bid to coordinate operations in these places.

Aditya Birla Minacs is a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo, which is a part of the Aditya Birla Group, and it is striving to expand its business rapidly with operations in 28 locations in seven countries.

 

The company provides services in 28 languages and offers outsourced solutions to several automotive, technology and telecom companies and financial services.

 

The company selected Verizon Business (News - Alert) private IP network which is fully managed, secure, reliable and provides high-bandwidth for the organization’s operational sites.
