Altura Communication Solutions, an Avaya (News - Alert) Platinum-level certified Business Partner and a provider of converged voice and data communication solutions and services, has reportedly acquired the Avaya Business Unit of NetVersant Solutions, LLC.

 

As a national provider of technology services solutions, NetVersant Solutions, has been focusing in the delivery of Avaya solutions and support services aimed at Fortune 1000, education, healthcare and government market sectors throughout the U.S. The company is headquartered in Everett, Washington.

 

This acquisition, as stated by the company, is complementary to Altura Communication (News - Alert) Solutions’ go-to-market strategy allowing Altura to expand its service and support to more Avaya customers.
