OnSite Media, a major player in interactive technology focused on the leisure and business traveler, reportedly has partnered with Telkonet’s (News - Alert) EthoStream Hospitality Network to provide a custom version of digital OnSite Concierge service in approximately 200,000 additional hotel rooms.

 

As part of the three-year agreement, OnSite Media will create and provide a customized version of its OnSite Concierge for users of the EthoStream Hospitality Network in hotel rooms across the country.

 

The customized concierge service will be available on EthoStream networks beginning next month.

Hall said that the company is are proud to partner with Telkonet, an operator of high-speed Internet access networks in the hospitality industry, providing quality guest services and amenities to millions of travelers, all in the convenience of their hotel room.

 

He said that the partnership will broaden the availability of OnSite Concierge to over 400,000 hotel rooms nationwide.

 

OnSite officials said that the company’s Concierge, an interactive, digital concierge service is available in more than 3,500 hotels and airports across the United States.

 

Company officials said that OnSite Concierge, which offers 24-hour concierge services and amenities for travelers and hotel guests via interactive kiosks and desktop applications, provides a wide variety of guest services – printing maps, directions and boarding passes; purchasing amusement park, concert and movie tickets and much more.

 

Telkonet operates one of the largest hospitality high-speed Internet access (HSIA) networks in the United States, the EthoStream Hospitality Network, and is a preferred or endorsed provider for some of the world’s largest hotel companies.

 

Currently, the EthoStream Hospitality Network offers internet access to approximately 200,000 hotel rooms nationwide, providing service to greater than 2.2 million users monthly.
