Intelliverse Picks Endeavor Telecom

Endeavor Telecom (News - Alert) has been chosen by Intelliverse to deliver onsite installation services and order fulfillment logistical services as a part of the company’s overall turnkey VoIP
solution. The alliance will enable service providers and agents to offer professional, private label installation services for Intelliverse’s (News - Alert) COMPLETEcall solution including hosted IP
PBX (News - Alert) systems and SIP Trunking.
By using Intelliverse’s turnkey VoIP solutions service providers and agents can rapidly deploy a VoIP-based calling service with a minimal investment of cost and time. Through
Intelliverse’s COMPLETEcall solution service providers and agents can seamlessly offer a complete private label VoIP service to SMB customers. The offering includes comprehensive VoIP and messaging features as well as complete customer service and support services. This includes nationwide installation services to be delivered on a white label basis by Endeavor Telecom.
Kevin M. Moran (News - Alert), president & CEO for Intelliverse said in a statement that their sales model requires a strong commitment to their partners and agents, along with a complete portfolio of integrated service components and total focus on simplifying the lives of their service provider customers.
He noted that this collaboration helps them achieve these goals by offering this value added service to their customers.
Endeavor technicians will install Intelliverse-hosted IP PBX
platforms and SIP Trunking for Intelliverse. They will also provide system testing, along with any required inside wiring and structured cabling services. Moreover, Endeavor is providing Order Fulfillment Logistics services which can complement the installation services or be leveraged in a stand-alone fashion.
Endeavor’s logistics services provide a seamless supply-chain management system. This unique system combines inventory management; staging; configuration; assembly; customized, branded kitting and packaging; and return services into a virtual warehouse and shipping solution. Endeavor thus enables customers to pay for only the services they use. Customers are also free from having to maintain their own logistics staff, premise, and systems.
