Managed VoIP Provider Broadvox, TAI Bolster Reliable SIP Trunking Product

A Dallas-based provider of managed VoIP services to SMBs, enterprises and carriers today announced that it’s creating new, more manageable telephone systems by joining forces with an IT solutions company headquartered in Laramie, Wyoming.
Officials from Broadvox (News - Alert) say that by using their flagship “GO! SIP Trunking” product with the VoIPTelCaster system from Technology Alignment, Inc., business that range from small home office to large call centers can save time and money.
According to David Byrd (News - Alert), Broadvox’s vice president of marketing and sales, Technology Alignment has created a simple interface that allows any size company to use VoIPTelCaster technology to reduce telecom costs.
“Just as Broadvox tailors solutions to meet the needs of our customers, Technology Alignment customers can manage their own phone systems or they can arrange for a Technology Alignment Application Service Provider,” Byrd said. “With VoIPTelCaster and Broadvox SIP Trunking, customers will enjoy the same call clarity they expect from systems costing thousands more.”
Broadvox says its SIP trunking products offer reliability and continuity during periods of growth or crisis situations, while reducing legacy systems, technologies and equipment, including PRIs and branch office PBXs. The products include E911, long-distance, discounted toll-free and international calling, DIDs and local nmber portability – technologies that help companies keep their current phone numbers.
As TMCnet Chief Technical Officer Tom Keating, a vice president of this company, wrote in one recent blog entry, SIP trunking has garnered significant interest and gained traction in the market, particularly as providers find ways to standardize with IP-PBXs.
According to Dianne E. Ursini, chief executive officer at Technology Alignment, partnering with Broadvox made more than just financial sense.
